i found the reception staff very helpful. they couldn't do enough. the indoor pool and spa were lovely and relaxing also clean. i used the facilities and it was a 10/10 experience.
beach towels required a €10 deposit per towel. these did not get changed unless you pay €1 per towel, per swap.

the room included a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. the apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and also clean. i was glad to have a large balcony, which offered ample space to relax in the evenings.

the apartment was clean and spacious. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. staff members were helpful (especially with directions). the pool area was nice.
the wifi signal was not strong enough in all areas of the apartment. we found the location to be a bit far from main attractions. the gym closed quite early at 5 pm , made it difficult to use after daytime excursions.

My stay started very well, but some issues surfaced. Initially, the room had a distinct musty odor. I reported it, and while staff responded promptly, the smell lingered throughout my visit. the promised toiletries were not fully stocked upon arrival. I had to request shampoo and soap, a minor inconvenience, but still impacted the overall experience. These small details detracted from what could have been a really good visit. The limited number of electrical outlets near the bed was also frustrating.
